Enhancing Lives as a Disability Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to deliver high-quality support services to individuals with various physical and mental health disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily living skills support, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties.
- Assist participants in accessing their social community, engaging with friends and social groups.
- Implement strategies and programs to develop/enhance participant skills and promote independence.
- Collaborate effectively with staff/management, participants, family, and friends to achieve a positive outcome.
The successful candidate will possess experience working with individuals with disabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Current driver's license and a vehicle for use on shifts.
- Manual handling experience is preferred.
- First Aid Certification, Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate, NDIS Screening Check are all preferred.
This role offers attractive hourly rates, broken shift allowance, set roster opportunities, and travel reimbursement.
