Career Opportunities

We're looking for a driven and tenacious Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for selling complex solutions and six-figure programmatic deals to agencies and brands.

Your Role

You'll develop strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers, working closely with our Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams to implement targeted sales strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating and maintaining accurate account and opportunity plans
  • Working with internal teams to resolve issues that directly impact partners
  • Managing multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Mid-level experience in a media agency or junior-level digital media sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • A comprehensive understanding of the programmatic landscape and mobile advertising market
  • A hands-on approach to tackling tactical and strategic sales activities
  • A driven, tenacious, and entrepreneurial spirit

Location

This role is based in Melbourne, Australia, and requires regular meetings with clients, but offers the flexibility to work from anywhere for one month per year.
