We're growing every day, and we're now looking for a skilled Property Analyst to support our Property Management team.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and motivated Property Analyst to manage property invoices and payments, process rental income, and maintain accurate lease data within our systems.

Working closely with our Property Managers, you'll ensure all payments are accurate, in line with lease agreements, and that all documentation is correctly handled and recorded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a rent roll and budgeted outgoings for over 380 leases.
  • Troubleshoot payment queries and process rent escalations.
  • Assist with annual budgets and ensure property data is up to date.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a curious, innovative mindset.
  • Proven experience in property finance, accounts payable, or accounts receivable duties.
  • Excellent administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
