Property Analyst
**About Reece**
You may know Reece as Australia’s largest supplier of plumbing and bathroom products, but we are much more than that.
We’re a leading Australian distributor of trade products to residential, commercial, and infrastructure customers, with over 900+ branches and 10,000 employees across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
We’re growing every day, and we're now looking for a skilled Property Analyst to join our team.
**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and motivated Property Analyst to support our Property Management team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing property invoices and payments, processing rental income, and maintaining accurate lease data within our systems. Working closely with our Property Managers, you’ll ensure all payments are accurate, in line with lease agreements, and that all documentation is correctly handled and recorded.
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a rent roll and budgeted outgoings for over 380 leases, troubleshooting payment queries, processing rent escalations, and assisting with annual budgets. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring our property data is up to date and our documentation is in order.
**Skills and Experience**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a curious, innovative mindset.
- Proven experience in property finance, accounts payable, or accounts receivable duties.
- Excellent administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, supportive team that will provide you with the tools and systems needed to succeed. All you need to bring is your passion, experience, and commitment to excellence.
**Why Reece?**
Reece is a place where people make a real difference. That’s our secret to success: having the right people, with the right attitude, in the right roles. We value diversity and fairness and are committed to providing equal opportunity regardless of gender identity, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or life stage.
