Duties and Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in guests to designated dining area
- Process payments efficiently and accurately
- Maintain detailed knowledge of current offers, promotions, and venue details
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experience
- Provide proactive solutions in challenging guest service situations
- Ensure front desk area remains well-organised and professional
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain composed under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent analytical skills
- Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
- Valid NSW RSA Certificate required
