Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Engage with potential clients through cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build relationships with clients by educating them on their travel risk profile and identifying their needs.
  • Present our services to clients in the context of their specific needs.
  • Progress solid leads through the sales funnel and arrange sales meetings.
  • Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest in the past.
  • Represent World Travel Protection at industry events such as GSX, GBTA, and RIMS.
  • Drive the expansion of the sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales cycle process to identify, drive, negotiate, and close opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all major opportunities and issues arising from clients.
Requirements
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in tech sales, consulting, or medical sales.
  • Ideal candidate will have a network in corporate HSE, Travel, Security, and Risk industry.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Hunter mentality with strong drive and balanced with compassion.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong networking skills, both externally and internally.
  • Comfortable attending networking events and conferences.
  • Strong Sales experience or business qualifications (Bachelor's or Master's).
  • Ability to collaborate within a diverse organization.
