Business Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at the State Government of Victoria, Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our school administration, finance, and human resources functions.

• Finance: Develop and manage annual budgets, financial statements, and funding submissions to ensure effective financial decision-making.
• General Administration: Provide administrative support to the Principal and teaching staff, manage student admissions, registrations, and transfers, and implement induction programs for new staff.
• Human Resources: Manage recruitment procedures, provide advice on support structures and work practices, and assist in the development of human resource planning.

• High level of organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work flows.
