Job Title

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily activities of our Supercheap Auto store in Bentleigh East.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing retail operations and ensuring sales potential is reached
  • Leading a passionate team and developing their skills
  • Developing knowledge of automotive retail and operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with WHS programs
