Lead and Manage a Retail Team

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store performance.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our store, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our brand values, and providing coaching and support to the retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences;
  2. Create a welcoming and engaging store environment that reflects our brand values;
  3. Provide coaching, support, and development to the retail team members;
  4. Drive store performance by achieving sales targets and managing inventory, staffing, cash handling, and store administration;
  5. Collaborate closely with the broader team to relay customer feedback and product insights.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role;
  • Natural leadership skills to motivate and guide a team;
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building community connections;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store profitability;
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to feedback, problem-solving, and collaboration.
