Retail Operations Lead

We're seeking a seasoned retail professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Doncaster store. As Lease Retail Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service by leading your team to create genuine customer connections.
You will oversee all aspects of operations, including stock flow, roster management, and visual merchandising. Your role is crucial in fostering a supportive store culture where your team can thrive, deliver results, and drive business success.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead your team to drive sales growth through strong customer relationships and effective operational practices
- Oversee stock management, rostering, and visual merchandising to maintain a positive shopping experience
- Nurture a productive store culture that promotes employee engagement and retention
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar retail management position, preferably in fashion
- An understanding of what drives sales growth and delivers excellent customer experiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team
- A passion for fashion, self-expression, and delivering exceptional customer service
