Lead Retail Specialist

We are seeking an experienced retail specialist to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee bean purchasing, pricing strategies, and customer service.

  • Purchasing and procurement of high-quality coffee beans
  • Determining price structures for retail, wholesale, and importing
  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Selling and promoting products to customers, with a focus on green bean sales and e-commerce platforms
  • Maintaining accurate budgets and financial records
  • Ensuring staff training and development, as well as monitoring business operations for improvement opportunities
  • Maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
