A passionate and experienced arts professional is sought to lead the Singleton Arts & Cultural Centre as our next Coordinator. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality exhibitions, inclusive public programs, and community engagement initiatives that contribute to Singleton's cultural identity.
This people leader position combines vision, strategy, and hands-on delivery, offering the chance to shape a growing regional arts centre with national ambition. Key responsibilities include delivering engaging exhibitions, events, and public programs, leading a creative team, building partnerships, and managing operational resources.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Strong leadership and curation skills, with a background in the gallery or cultural sector.
- The ability to thrive on collaboration, manage complexity, and run a high-quality arts venue in a regional context.
Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in visual arts, arts management, cultural policy, or museum/gallery practice. Proven experience delivering exhibitions and public programs is essential, along with strong project management and budgeting skills.
You'll also have a track record of growing diverse audiences and engaging communities through arts initiatives, as well as experience securing and managing grants and external funding.
BenefitsThis permanent, full-time position offers a base salary range of AU$112,708 - AU$126,782 per annum, plus superannuation.
