About the Role

This is a pivotal position for a finance leader who can combine strategic insight with operational excellence, while building and developing a high-performing regional team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key member of the Leadership Team, contributing to both strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with global finance leaders to ensure alignment of processes and reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team across the region, building capability and supporting succession planning.
  • Oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage audits and liaise with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Implement and maintain accounting systems, automation, and process improvements.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements for entities in the region.
  • Develop and monitor finance policies and reporting frameworks, ensuring timely and accurate information is delivered to stakeholders.
  • Provide variance analysis and insights to guide business performance and financial decision-making.
  • Drive risk management and compliance initiatives across the region.
  • Ensure tax and financial compliance across the region.
  • Enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures to strengthen financial integrity.
  • Complete any additional projects as directed by senior management.
