About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to lead our sales activities across Victoria, focusing on the Central Sterilisation Department (CSD) Reprocessing product portfolio.

This role involves directing the day-to-day field sales responsibilities, representing the entire assigned product portfolio within a specific designated geographic territory.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the sales efforts across Victoria, fostering relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Cultivate revenue growth through ongoing support, education, demonstration, consultation and sales processes.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of customer objectives, purchasing criteria, and decision-making processes relative to the market.
  • Form long-term mutually beneficial partnerships with customers.
  • Attain sales objectives and travel as necessary to optimise portfolio exposure within the region.
