We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to take ownership of our Victoria & Tasmania territory. If you have the passion, commercial acumen, and resilience to excel in a competitive market, we want to hear from you.

The Role
  • Own your territory – Develop and grow the Victoria & Tasmania portfolio through proactive lead generation, in-clinic demonstrations, and strategic account management.
  • Drive revenue growth – Meet and exceed sales targets across our premium portfolio of aesthetic devices.
  • Be a trusted partner – Build lasting relationships by providing expert advice, product education, and tailored business solutions.
  • Spot opportunities – Identify new prospects and create customised proposals to meet their business goals.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years' sales experience, ideally in medical aesthetics, capital equipment, or B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in both hunting for new business and nurturing existing accounts.
  • High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to travel across VIC and TAS as needed.
