Victoria Territory Sales Director

The primary objective of this position is to expand and develop the Victoria & Tasmania portfolio through proactive lead generation, in-clinic demonstrations, and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets across our premium aesthetic devices.
  • Broaden and deepen client relationships by providing expert advice, product education, and tailored business solutions.
  • Identify new prospects and create customised proposals that meet their commercial objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics, capital equipment or B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in both hunting for new opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
  • A high level of professionalism, self-motivation, and commercial awareness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical aesthetics industry and be able to communicate effectively with clients. They must also be highly motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
