Operations Service Manager Role

A key responsibility of this position is directing airport customer service personnel in all operational-related activities.

  • This includes overseeing the implementation of processes, projects, and initiatives related to our business partners.
  • Oversight of transfer customer and baggage activity ensures seamless connections through close coordination and communication with interline partners and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining relationships with local government agencies and contract services supports successful execution of operational performance.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Supporting corporate, US regulatory, and/or local government audits, observations, or inspections when needed.
  • Supervising supplies ordering, equipment maintenance, emergency situation coordination, and training development.

An ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience in managing airport operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading airport customer service teams in operational-related activities.
  • Implementing process improvements and developing strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborating with interline partners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth airport operations.
