Airfield Program Director

The Airfield Program Director is responsible for shaping the future of aviation at Melbourne Airport, driving growth and excellence in airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage airfield program managers to deliver strategic capital projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Airport Development to drive the delivery of the capital plan and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a related discipline, such as construction, engineering, or equivalent relevant tertiary qualification; and/or substantial experience in this field with a minimum 15 years.
  • Extensive end-to-end experience in leading complex built environment capital projects in high-pressure operational environments.
  • Proven expertise in aviation and airfield projects management and leadership.
