Following some recent shifts within our People & Culture function we are looking for an experienced Organisational Development specialist to join our national team of 7. Offering a balanced mix of strategic and operational work you will be responsible for enhancing our national Learning & OD strategy and leading key programs of work with a firm-wide focus, including:

- Establishing our DEI framework
- Progressing the development and implementation of a Capability Framework
- Coordinating, delivering and enhancing the design of our HG Lead programs
- Leading our Pathway to Partner program
- Talent management, performance and development
- Firm-wide culture and engagement initiatives

**Is this the right role for you?**

Reporting to the People & Culture Director you will work closely with our Learning & Early Career Development Lead and your P&C colleagues, so a team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are key. Experience leading projects and effectively managing change and communication plans will be highly desirable given the programs of work that this role is responsible for.

You're someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about making a meaningful impact. Your ability to build strong, influential relationships across all levels of the business will help you champion our OD programs, ensuring they are engaging, measurable, and worth celebrating.

Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational development or psychology and solid OD experience in a professional services setting.
