Library Engagement Officer

This is a role that involves working directly with students and staff to support their learning, teaching, and research activities. The successful candidate will provide frontline customer services and support the development of engaging content for our social media outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with general enquiries and referring complex issues to specialist teams
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Demonstrated experience in frontline customer service and digital literacy
  • Ability to work across multiple online systems and document student enquiries
