Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team at CBRE. As a key member of our property marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with exceptional communication skills to work closely with our agency directors and teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and support business growth.
- Assist Agency Directors with marketing campaign development, including maintaining current campaigns and setting up new ones.
- Create media schedules in partnership with media agencies, marketing timelines, and budgets in liaison with Agency Directors.
- Oversee the timely delivery of marketing collateral, such as floorplans, copywriting, brochures, photography, videography, and signage.
- Manage the rollout of media campaigns, including online advertisements on property portals, social media ads, digital display banners, and print ads.
- Manage, create, and send all eDM communications using CBRE's automation platform Eloqua.
- Set up new projects in CBRE's CRM (Salesforce) and manage lead assignment.
- Provide weekly vendor reporting on marketing and sales activity in liaison with Directors and review campaigns based on enquiry and sales results.
- Attend vendor meetings as requested, both on-site and in the office.
- Ensure the CBRE website is up-to-date with agency listings and projects.
- Manage content for online listings, including price points, open times, and copywriting.
- Manage CBRE social media accounts in liaison with the marketing team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant marketing qualifications and/or experience is essential.
- Experience in the residential real estate industry, public relations, and/or event management beneficial.
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
