The Role

You'll be the trusted partner to leaders across Finance, IT, Legal, and our Distribution teams helping shape strategy, build capability, and create a workplace where people thrive.

• Build genuine, strategic partnerships with leaders to turn big picture goals into people-first outcomes
• Lead with curiosity to design smart workforce plans, close capability gaps, and future-proof our teams.
• Be a voice of optimism and care through change advising on transformation, engagement, and culture.
• Help high-performing people grow, move, and thrive through development, feedback, and clear career paths.
• Bring energy to the everyday making sure our people processes are smooth, compliant, and continuously improving.

Experience

• A background in HR and solid experience partnering with leaders in dynamic, multi-layered organisations – experience in retail is a huge bonus
• You've supported both corporate teams and frontline operations and know how to flex between strategy and hands-on delivery.
• Commercial smarts with the ability to align people initiatives to business impact (and not just tick the HR box)
• Skilled in building trusted partnerships at all levels, with clear communication and genuine care
• Confident navigating employee relations, workforce planning and change, all while staying compliant and calm under pressure
