Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of a strata portfolio, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date strata rolls and building records.
  • Liaise with owners, committees, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and supplier relationships to minimize downtime and optimize costs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strata or residential property management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Relevant industry certifications or licensing, including a current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, with a strong focus on delivering results under pressure.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues.
  • Familiarity with strata or property management software systems, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
