Our company is seeking an experienced professional to manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the Lake Macquarie region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing strata portfolios, preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with owners, committees, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full lifecycle of a strata portfolio, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date strata rolls and building records.
- Liaise with owners, committees, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and supplier relationships to minimize downtime and optimize costs.
- Proven experience in strata or residential property management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Relevant industry certifications or licensing, including a current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, with a strong focus on delivering results under pressure.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues.
- Familiarity with strata or property management software systems, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
