Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead one of the most mission-critical portfolios with over 10 core services.
  • Mentor and guide four direct reports and a broader workforce of 280+.
  • Strengthen systems and accountability to drive risk maturity and operational consistency.
  • Champion a culture of psychological safety, collaboration and care.
  • Represent with clarity and confidence in regulatory and funding forums.
  • Partner to shape organisational strategy and impact.
  • Inspire a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience at executive level in community services or a related human services sector.
  • Strong capability in leading through change and building team capability during periods of transformation.
  • Proven ability to engage with regulators and government funders with credibility and presence.
  • High levels of strategic thinking, planning and execution across diverse programs.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating complex stakeholder environments with emotional intelligence.
  • A coachable mindset and values alignment.
