Senior Property Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team in Belmont.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective management of landlord and tenant relationships, ensuring efficient communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Coordination of repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Conducting regular inspections and overseeing lease renewals to maintain optimal property values.
  • Handling rent reviews and arrears management, ensuring prompt action to minimize financial losses.
  • Liaising with trades and attending to tribunal matters as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Possession of a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence, essential for site visits and travel.
  • A proactive, professional approach, with a client-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
