
Unlock New Opportunities as a Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to proactively pursue new opportunities, engaging daily with trade painters in person and by phone to generate sales leads and drive customer success.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire State of South Australia, assessing trade painters' activities to uncover sales potential, evaluating the scope of work, and converting these opportunities to our leading paint brand.
You will benefit from ownership and support necessary to excel, with dedicated backing from both your leaders and colleagues.

This is an opportunity to drive new business development by tailoring our value propositions for profitable growth, engage daily with trade painters in person and over the phone, communicate trade painter activities regularly with local trade and inspiration stores, and build and maintain business-to-business relationships with individual accounts.
