Job Title: Director, Medical Education and Field Enablement

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Medical Education and Field Enablement team in APAC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing medical education and field enablement activities and programs that empower and enable our customers and teams to make healthcare better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute medical education and field enablement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead a team of professionals to design and deliver medical education and field enablement programs that build capability, confidence, and connection through the education journey
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify customer needs and develop training programs that meet those needs
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of medical education and field enablement programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our medical education and field enablement programs are innovative and effective

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of work experience required, with 8+ years in medical devices and extensive medical education experience
  • Proven success delivering success at regional level
  • Strategic mindset and strong relationship-building skills at senior level
  • 4+ years of people management experience, leading diverse teams (ideally remote virtual exp.)
  • Financial accountability for independent budgets
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of adult learning techniques
  • Demonstrated global experience
