Event Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced event manager to oversee the end-to-end management of a portfolio of events.

This role will report to the senior marketing manager and work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities and ensure smooth execution of local conferences and events.

  • Manage multiple events simultaneously, taking responsibility for all aspects from handover to post-event deliverables and reporting.
  • Develop event briefs, exhibition manuals, and run sheets, as well as strong sponsor, exhibitor, and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Manage finances within approved budgets, working with the marketing team to develop communications to drive registrations and foot traffic at the events.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in managing major events, conferences, exhibitions, and a proven track record of delivering successful events.

  • At least 5 years' experience in managing major events, conferences, exhibitions.
  • Ability and willingness to develop ongoing knowledge of the industry.
  • Strong relationship-building experience, outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
