
National Events Coordinator

Two contract opportunities exist for Event Coordinators to assist with the planning and execution of national events.
This is a portfolio agency that focuses on the public welfare of key figures within Australia and developing supporting programmes. The team you will join is high-performing, collaborative, and encourages transparency and enthusiasm.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Organize national events for the public.
- Report into the Event and Marketing Manager.
- Work closely with the broader events team.
- Manage all aspects of corporate, stakeholder, and staff event planning development and coordination.
- Manage registrations and perform other management and administrative tasks across the event project.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in events management where logistical aspects were managed to deliver the calendar of planned events.
- Experience conducting post-event analysis and ability to improve future events based on feedback and analysis.
- Fantastic stakeholder management skills and ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a collaborative team environment, with a strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
