We're on the hunt for a game-day legend to join our team as an Event Coordinator—bringing energy, precision, and top-tier customer service to every event
We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Event Coordinator to join our clients stadium team. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that works across all departments to ensure the seamless delivery of sporting events—from match days and everything in between.
About the Role
As the Event Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact between departments, ensuring operational excellence and an outstanding experience for all guests to the Stadium. You'll assist in managing staffing logistics, liaise with internal teams, and support the execution of large-scale events in a high-energy, high-profile venue. This is a 3 month role, view to extend and full time hours across a 7 day week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with operations, catering, security, and guest services to ensure smooth event delivery
- Handle high-volume communications and administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure all staff are compliant with venue and legal requirements
- Support flexible rostering across a 7-day event calendar, including some evenings and weekends
About You
You're a proactive, hands-on professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys working with people. You bring a strong hospitality or events background and are ready to take the next step in your career in a stadium environment.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in hospitality, events, or venue operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Experience with rostering systems or hotel/event management software
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service
- The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build rapport across teams
