The Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) East project is a major infrastructure undertaking that requires the coordination of numerous stakeholders and the management of vast amounts of documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing Document Control Processes: Ensure compliance with project requirements by implementing effective document control processes.
  • Document Submissions: Verify that document submissions are accurate, complete, and meet project specifications.
  • Recording Document Flow: Track document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub-contractors, and the project office.
  • Issue Tracking: Monitor and record issues related to document control and locate control documents and drawings.

As a Document Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of this project. We seek an individual with at least 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the infrastructure industry.

This position offers long-term stability and opportunities for growth and development. Knowledge of project management systems and processes is essential, as well as experience with tools such as Aconex, TeamBinder, or Incite Keystone.
