About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Document Manager who has a proven track record in leading document management teams. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering successful rail, transportation, and urban infrastructure projects.
This role involves:
- Leading a team of documentation controllers and assistants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implementing and maintaining IT security measures to safeguard documents and data.
- Creating and controlling project document master lists to ensure timely delivery.
- Closely coordinating with project members to produce high-quality documents.
To excel in this position, you should have:
- Professional experience as a Documentation Manager on large turnkey projects.
- Hands-on experience using Engineering Documentation Management Systems (eDMS).
- Prior experience of leading document controllers is desirable.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
