Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to drive growth and innovation in our IT environments.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To design, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure using Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM, and ITIL.
  2. To lead troubleshooting efforts for software and hardware issues with confidence and strong communication skills.
  3. To collaborate with project managers and teams to enhance and secure IT environments through effective collaboration and documentation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT infrastructure specialist with expertise in Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM, and ITIL.
  • The ability to automate and integrate infrastructure solutions confidently using PowerShell.
  • Strong communication and project management skills to manage client communications and document processes effectively.
