Job Title: Document Controller - Infrastructure Delivery
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Document Controller in Infrastructure Delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, drive exceptional project outcomes, and contribute to the delivery of public infrastructure.
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver upon the project management plan requirements, providing forecasting, monitoring, and performance reporting of design and completions documentation, records management, and document control. You will also provide support and guidance to a range of projects within the Public Private Partnership (PPP) and High Value/High Risk program.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on infrastructure projects, with strong skills and knowledge in document and record management, web-based collaboration technologies, and problem-solving. You will also possess excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the team to deliver upon the project management plan requirements.
- Provide forecasting, monitoring, and performance reporting of design and completions documentation.
- Manage records and documents in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to a range of projects within the PPP and High Value/High Risk program.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience working on infrastructure projects.
- Strong skills and knowledge in document and record management.
- Experience with web-based collaboration technologies.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
