**ABOUT YOU**

In this position, you will be responsible for motivating, developing, managing and overseeing all aspects of the sales process with a strong focus on communication and people management of the Sales team

You will develop, manage and oversee all aspects of the Sale process with the purpose of achieving and exceeding budget, profitability and long term business objectives. The focus is on astute and timely sales strategy and the careful management of costs and productivity.

**Your Key Accountabilities**

**People Management**

As a Sales Manager, you must have excellent interpersonal and management skills, have led a dynamic Sales team, and have the ability to inspire, coach, guide and support your team members.

**Sales Management**

Provide input into sales targets and forecasts, marketing campaigns, and sales materials.

Monitor and report on display centre traffic, net deposits, cancellations, sales and marketing effectiveness to ensure that targets are met or exceeded.

**Customer Experience**

Provide high quality services to potential new customers and existing clients to ensure that we effectively support business goals and mitigate potential risks.
