About the role: We're looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join our team at the HomeWorld Leppington Display Village, where you'll help turn our customers' dreams into reality.
As the first point of contact, you'll guide clients through the home-building journey with confidence, care, and expert knowledge.
We're seeking a motivated, approachable, and customer-focused Senior Sales Associate who can show buyers why a Rawson Home is the perfect fit.
To succeed in this role, you'll preferably need experience in new home sales and an understanding that selling a home is more than just a transaction, it's a personal journey.

About You: Qualifications: NSW REA Assistant Agent Certificate (preferred but not essential) Skills & Attributes: Minimum 2 years sales support &/or customer service experience in a similar environment Prior experience in residential sales or understanding of construction / home building is preferred Passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service Comfortable using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales activity - Salesforce experience is highly regarded A team player who also enjoys working independently Everyone belongs at Rawson Group Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are key to realising our purpose of building better together.
