As the first point of contact for prospective buyers, you'll guide clients from initial enquiry through to contract signing, delivering a seamless and personalised customer experience at every step.

What You'll Deliver.

This is a pivotal sales position focused on expanding our footprint across the Greater Sydney Region, Southern Highlands, and South Coast within the Greenfield Housing Estates. You'll take ownership of executing a proactive House & Land strategy, working closely with land developers to secure exclusive packaging opportunities and drive volume through strategic estate partnerships.

You will be expected to meet sales targets, be confident in council and CDC requirements, and maintain accurate client records while contributing to the broader success of the sales team.

What You Bring.

  • A results-focused attitude with a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence in managing customers through the full sales journey.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven success in new home sales or high-value sales environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and a tech-savvy approach.
  • Local knowledge, developer relationships, and industry networks (highly desirable).
  • Familiarity with land documentation such as Lot Disclosure Plans, 88B instruments, 10.7 Certificates, contour plans, and Estate Design Guidelines (highly desirable).

Key Responsibilities.

  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date House & Land packages.
  • Leverage existing land agent relationships and confidently build new ones.
  • Read and interpret essential land documents including engineering & subdivision plans, planning documentation, and estate guidelines.
  • Identify and secure exclusive land opportunities in high-growth corridors.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Attend developer meetings, industry events, and maintain a visible presence in the marketplace.
  • Provide accurate reports and maintain packaging tools with current data.
  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with developer partners.
