As a key player in driving business transformation, the ideal candidate for this role will work closely with customers to enhance their experience with our solutions.

This role involves collaborating with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategies to address them. The successful applicant will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing customer milestones throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to continued support and growth.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be proactive, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, drive business results, and continuously learn and improve will be essential.

The following are some of the key areas of focus for the CSM:

  • SAP Finance & Spend Management: Understanding accounting, procurement, and supplier management principles.
  • SAP Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain, asset management, manufacturing, logistics, or product/project lifecycle management.
  • SAP Customer Experience: Familiarity with e-commerce, sales, customer service, and marketing processes.

In terms of qualifications, we are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of experience in supporting customers and driving business transformation, preferably in consulting or similar roles.
