As a seasoned Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation through process excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and EDI landscape across a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products.

You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, applying your extensive SAP SD and LE expertise to optimise processes, resolve complex issues, and support strategic initiatives such as CRM and eCommerce implementations.
