Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled recruiter to make a genuine difference in an industry that centres around 'care' and 'empathy'.
The successful candidate will have several years of experience within internal talent acquisition or an RPO environment, preferably with omni channel sourcing skills leveraging job boards, social media, talent pooling, internal mobility, referrals and networking.
This role will see you working closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to design and implement effective multi-channel sourcing methods to attract and engage suitable candidates for frontline roles across our business.
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive screening and interviews to assess candidates, building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering outstanding service to internal customers through engagement, consultation and timely communication.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive, results-focused mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
