About This Role

This position plays a vital role in identifying and recruiting expert advisors to address client business questions. It involves supporting research and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies with project managers to satisfy each client project request.
  • Utilize various sources such as LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and the internet to identify suitable experts for clients' strategic or investment questions.
  • Identify the best leads and invite them to participate in consultations.
  • Screen experts to determine suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles to present to clients.
  • Collaborate with the client service team to understand unique client business questions and deliver on-demand intelligence.
  • Recruit new experts into a network of advisors.
  • Support project management and customer service efforts to deliver excellent results for clients.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution by the end of 2025.
  • Previous internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience.
  • Ability to start full-time work in January 2026.
  • Desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate effectively at all professional levels.
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work both individually and as part of a team.
