Job Title: Golf Shop Team Member

Main Responsibilities:
  • Offer first-class service to golfers visiting the shop, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain the high standard of the shop's presentation and operations.
  • Support competition administration, including timesheets, results, and daily tasks.
  • Assist with golf equipment repairs and provide support for teaching and fitting services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies to enhance the shop's performance.
  • Contribute to golf cart fleet management, club storage, and driving range ball collection.
  • Foster positive working relationships with staff, members, and visitors.
