About The Role

To succeed in this role, you must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse individuals, provide excellent customer service, and work effectively in a high-volume, multifunctional environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the front desk operation, including direct customer service, telephone, and electronic enquiries.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Processing admissions, cash handling, and member care.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and experience working in a similar environment.

  • Experience in providing customer service in a fast-paced, multifunctional environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A current Resuscitation Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work a roster with early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays.
