As a Community Liaison Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment.
- This is a permanent part-time position, working 20 hours per week with opportunities for additional hours.

About The RoleTo succeed in this role, you must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse individuals, provide excellent customer service, and work effectively in a high-volume, multifunctional environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the front desk operation, including direct customer service, telephone, and electronic enquiries.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers.
- Processing admissions, cash handling, and member care.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and experience working in a similar environment.
Key Skills And AttributesThe successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in providing customer service in a fast-paced, multifunctional environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A current Resuscitation Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to work a roster with early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays.
