Job Title: Mid-Level Office Receptionist

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients as they arrive at the office
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments for staff members
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and keep inventory stocked
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as an office receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles a plus
This is a full-time position, and the work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
**Salary**: $41,369.97 - $72,510.59 per year

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
