Job Description:

As a Business Development Liaison, you will be the key link between our organization and the local community, including job seekers, employers, and referral partners.

You will support customers by guiding them through service access, identifying employment opportunities, and developing relationships that lead to real, lasting employment outcomes.

Your role will focus on delivering tailored employment services, growing brand awareness, and building strong, inclusive networks that promote customer success.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Expand Community and Employer Networks: Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to increase referrals and promote diversity initiatives.
  • Broker Work Experience: Match job seekers with relevant work experience opportunities to build their skills and assess employer compatibility.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with employers and industry partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships that drive employment outcomes.
  • Promote Our Organization: Act as an ambassador for our organization, promoting our values and mission to stakeholders and the broader community.
  • Analyse Labour Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with labour market trends and insights to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Employment Services: A proven track record of working in employment services, recruitment, or community engagement.
  • Strong Local Networks: Established relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including job seekers, employers, and referral partners.
  • Solid Admin Skills: Proficiency in CRM/ESS systems and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
