Job Description

This role will provide administrative support to the Macarthur Community Mental Health Service.

The position will be responsible for managing office systems, maintaining records, and providing a customer-focused service. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clinical teams, manage client details, coordinate appointments and room bookings, and maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing reception services and managing key administrative tasks
  • Maintaining office systems, records, and databases
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience working in a high-demand environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of Certificate II in Business Administration or willingness to complete
  • Experience providing reception and administrative support in a high-demand environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to compose professional documents

Additionally, applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's licence (including P1 or P2).
