Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team of specialists in the finishes department.
- About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all finishing elements, including coordination with secondary subcontractors. They will schedule weekly work programs and provide clear leadership and direction to the site team. Regular attendance and participation in site management meetings is required. The successful candidate must also ensure the safety of all personnel on site, through regular toolbox meetings and a solid understanding of OH&S processes.
- About You:
- You hold trade qualifications and have at least 5 years' experience in the construction industry. A proven track record delivering projects as a head contractor is essential. You have demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors, site supervision, and OH&S systems.
- Excellent communication skills are required to lead and push the job forward to meet project timelines and budgets.
- You possess a reliable and hardworking attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
