About the Role

The Workforce Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and executing workforce strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels in alignment with business objectives and demand forecasts.

This role requires a strong background in Verint Workforce Management solutions, AWS technologies, and statistical forecasting tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in telephony systems and be proficient in Verint, AWS, and statistical tools such as R, Python, Excel, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute workforce strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels in alignment with business objectives and demand forecasts.
  • Utilize Verint Workforce Management tools to handle forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring of workforce performance.
  • Leverage AWS technologies to support data storage, processing, and analysis related to workforce management and optimisation.
  • Apply statistical methods and tools to analyse performance data, predict trends, and refine forecasting models for better accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance operational effectiveness and workforce productivity.
  • Create and present detailed reports on workforce metrics, performance trends, and optimisation strategies to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with various departments to integrate workforce plans with broader business goals and operational requirements.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Workforce Manager with demonstrated expertise in Verint Workforce Management solutions, AWS technologies, and statistical forecasting tools.
  • Proficient in Verint, AWS (e.g., data storage and analysis services), and statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, Excel, SQL).
  • Strong analytical abilities with a deep understanding of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.
