
Account Growth Specialist

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenues within the Fertility segment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans to increase market share within IVF clinics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders to discuss sales performance and future strategies.
- Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales and marketing plans, establish productive relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:- Tertiary Qualification in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Marketing, or Business Management.
- 2-3 years' experience as a Specialist Sales Representative within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
