The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all contract rates are invoiced to clients in accordance with the specific contract
  • Ensure all contract conditions pertaining to rates and services are adhered to
  • Collate and attach relevant paperwork as per invoicing procedures
  • Experience with accounts payable
  • Create and action purchase orders
  • Ensure employee compliance is within guidelines
  • Schedule employee medical appointments
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Schedule flights and accommodation
  • Assist Project Manager with stock of safety equipment
  • Maintain a register and assist in the processing of employee inductions
  • Order office stationery requirements
  • General office filing for personnel and training files
  • Maintain register for electrical testing and tagging
About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Secondary or tertiary education
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Email management, data entry, and working across spreadsheets skills preferred
  • At least 2 years experience working in a similar position
  • Experience with compliance coordination or similar
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Accounts payable experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Proven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quickly
  • Flexible approach with strong business acumen
